The best handymen will know your property well which will help minimize the cost and effort of completing those jobs on your list. We use technology to create property intimacy. Property owners who have a handyman who helps them on a regular basis value the property knowledge that the handyman develops over time by working at the property. List Doers

Efficient Sourcing
Our easy to use mobile app will help you manage your job lists and help us minimise the cost of sourcing materials for you (a significant cost factor in all renovation jobs). If we “know” your home and we can “see” what needs work, then we can plan and source the parts/materials in advance without having to charge you for material collection on the day of the job. You should not pay for our time to purchase the parts needed to complete your work.
Preventative rather than curative work
We don’t like emergencies, although we can respond to them! Emergency call outs are expensive and don’t deliver value for money for the property owner. Instead, we recommend that you maintain an up-to-date list of maintenance jobs that need doing. This will help you avoid costly emergency repairs, by ensuring that any problems are fixed before they get too bad.
