Hi. My name is Aidan and ever since I can remember, I have loved to design, create and fix things with my hands. I first used a lathe in the early 80's to make a table lamp which my mother still uses today, although my first significant project wasn't until a few years later when I re-built a cellar bar in Germany whilst serving as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Artillery. More recently, I have designed and implemented secure IT systems whilst working for a major UK management consultancy and in my spare time, I have renovated numerous homes and helped a few friends with the odd new radiator, a shelf or a secure lighting system, just to mention a few small jobs .

I started Home List Assist after my friends and colleagues mentioned that their modern, digitally enabled households take a lot of time, and effort to maintain........and given my skills, enthusiasm and track record in building, renovating and maintaining modern, IT-enabled homes, they thought that I should offer my services to others.
